From the bottom of our hearts, the family want to say a massive ‘thank you’ for preparing and conducting such a lovely thoughtful funeral service for our mum and for all the work you did in advance of it and following it. At such a difficult time, you made everything so much easier and were a source of strength to us all. Thank you also for the beautiful, framed memories you made up for us of our mum, we love it.
