On behalf of all the family I would like to thank you so much for guiding us through the difficult process of saying goodbye to our Mum in a way we were all comfortable with. You did a fantastic job of collating so much information into a lovely, compassionate summary of Mum’s life. Everyone commented afterwards on what a beautiful service you conducted.
