Just wanted to say, on behalf of myself and the family, a big ‘thank you’ for the way you conducted the service to celebrate Bert’s life. I think we did him proud, it was a lovely service. Thank you again Anne, we also appreciated the time you spent with us gathering the information. Did you say you send out a transcript of the service for us to keep.
