I just felt I had to email you as

I just felt I had to email you as you went above and beyond. We felt like we had known you forever even after the first meeting and that a good friend of our family was conducting the service on the day which made it very personal. Izzy 🐶 loved you too. Both me and Scott were so impressed how well behaved she was during the service although it did feel like she was saying/howling goodbye to her granny during the reflections and the slideshow (which upset us even more😢).
