I just want to say a personal thankyou from me. The service was so lovely and everybody commented on their way out about how beautiful it had been. You captured my Dad so well and it is a real art to do that given the circumstances. I felt we gave him a fitting send off and he would have loved it. Thank you for your sensitivity and strength at a difficult time for all of us.

Thank you so much for helping us to celebrate Dad’s life in such a wonderful, positive way. I loved your reference to swans mating for life. It was so apt and we would never have thought of the Rabbie Burns poem, which described Dad so well. You helped us to create a very personal, beautiful funeral with a good sprinkling of fun. As with Mum’s funeral, you sifted through our special memories and cherished moments to create the most beautiful eulogy for which we will always be grateful. You really do have a very special gift.

Thank you Anne for such a special tribute service to my Dad. Everyone has commented to the family on how such a sad day turned out to be a trip down memory lane, and saying they unexpectedly enjoyed it. Your professional delivery summed my Dad up perfectly, and you made a dreaded day a day to remember with a smile.

From first point of contact with Anne she was very professional and caring and put our whole family at ease. Anne spent plenty of time with our family getting to know about mum and made a point of including every family member. Anne was always in regular contact during the whole process with updates or a kind word. The service was conducted beautifully with a few laughs and giggles along the way. It felt as if Anne had known my mum for years. After a week or so Anne presented my dad with a memory frame that had significant reminders of my mum’s favourite things. I can't thank Anne enough for what she has done for our family at this sad time. Anne is a true gem with a heart of gold that goes that extra mile. Thank you.

From the bottom of our hearts, the family want to say a massive 'thank you' for preparing and conducting such a lovely thoughtful funeral service for our mum and for all the work you did in advance of it and following it. At such a difficult time, you made everything so much easier and were a source of strength to us all. Thank you also for the beautiful, framed memories you made up for us of our mum, we love it.

Anne cannot thank you enough for your efforts today on our behalf, you listened to our stories and turned them into the best eulogy ever, I personally felt like I had made a friend of you during the process, my mom had never been to a funeral that was non-religious before, and she loved your delivery and feeling that you put into it on the families behalf.

Anne, my family and I were so pleased with the ceremony you organised for my Dad Ronnie’s funeral. You created a service that really captured how he was and how much we loved him. Receiving the framed pictures and the script for Mum, myself and Julie was extra special. Thanks again.

There is no way I can thank Anne enough for the lovely service she gave myself and my family today, we scattered George’s ashes at sea where we worked for many years. The personal touches that she put into every part of the service made it very personal and greatly appreciated, Anne truly has a heart of gold and George would be over the moon that this lovely lady made it all happen just the way he would have liked it. We would like to thank Anne for the wonderful, thoughtful service that she did for my uncle Billy, the care and attention to detail was perfect, she even did some searching into his army life and told us a few things we did not know about him, she made us smile, laugh and shed a tear , it felt like she knew Billy very well. After the sudden & unexpected death of my mother, we were put in safe hands with Anne who gave quite memorial service. Working with Anne was a wonderful throughout and made this difficult time less stressful. The service was great and we've a lot of positive feedback from people. The sunflowers were such a nice touch. Anne went above & beyond and very surprised with the final visit of the shadowbox frame about my mum. You gave her the send-off she deserved. What can I say, from the moment we met you put us completely at ease. You drew from us so gently all the information required to conduct a fitting service for my Mum and Nana, Dorothy. The service was lovely and everyone who attended really enjoyed it. It was perfect in every way. Your gift which I won't describe and spoil it for anyone else was so thoughtful and sums up the lovely lady you are. Thank you so much for everything.

My Mum and I would like to say another thank you for giving my Dad such a good send off. It must be so hard for you all just now. We’ve been thinking of you a lot. We were one of the lucky ones being able to say Goodbye to my Dad properly in a manner my Dad would have liked. There were many who were unable to attend the funeral on the day due to illness but everyone that managed to attend mentioned how suited the service was to my Dad. We really appreciate all the time and care that you gave us.

You really have given us all the very best we could ever have asked for. Ethel really did get a great send off. You really have exceeded all possible expectations of how a very sad occasion can be captured and provide such a lovely family keepsake. As I have said before I wish I had something similar for my parents & sister. I have a lot of memories so maybe with this lockdown I will take time to capture them and make something similar. It is then something that can be passed down through the generations & give an insight in to their lives. The folders you prepare are great and the “photo of memories” is absolutely fabulous. You certainly have a very aptly named business.

The family and myself would like to thank you for the lovely service you prepared and presented for my Aunt yesterday. Under the present difficult circumstances, it exceeded our expectations The framed keepsake was a lovely surprise, which I only discovered once we were home. I intend giving it to my sister as I know she'll love it.

I just want to pass on our thanks and appreciation for all you did for my mum and the family during this sad time. The service although difficult for us all was poignant and moving. Linda and I appreciate the kindness and compassion you showed mum. As I said before we shall be having an event next year for all family and friends to come together to celebrate Stuart and we would be pleased if you can take part.

Mum and Myself would like to thank you for the lovely service yesterday for our beloved Bob. I have never come across such a dedicated warm and thoughtful person at a gathering like Dads. Even down to the stunning Blue Roses for each of us and your matching shoes wow. We appreciated your compassion warmth and kindness. I took my blue rose home to press in a frame in the memory of dad. We got home yesterday with huge smiles on our faces, the whole day was a great success, especially how you portrayed Dad. It was very special.

Just like to thank you personally once again for the very special way you portrayed all of Charlies friends and colleagues within our team operating at BP North Sea HQ as I know it meant so very much to them all today. This was especially felt by a number of colleagues including both Jordan Cooper and Ken Fraser who were fortunate to have been able to attend today’s service. You certainly managed to generated some very special and genuinely fond memories of a person very special to us and so many others.

We all can’t thank you enough for your time and the way you managed to deliver what we all really, really wanted for dad. Like you had said we only had one shot at it and we are all so pleased with your guidance we managed to deliver. It’s thanks to you our last memory of dad is the one we all hoped it would be and we will be forever grateful for this. Much appreciated

I just felt I had to email you as you went above and beyond. We felt like we had known you forever even after the first meeting and that a good friend of our family was conducting the service on the day which made it very personal. Izzy 🐶 loved you too. Both me and Scott were so impressed how well behaved she was during the service although it did feel like she was saying/howling goodbye to her granny during the reflections and the slideshow (which upset us even more😢). This is just a quick e-mail to say thanks so much for the lovely service. The memory box and candles etc. which you dropped off at Neil's work earlier this week were all a lovely surprise and very thoughtful of you. You must have spent so much time on them and they're such a nice keepsake. Mum would have been so proud of how the service went and a couple of my aunties even said it was the best funeral they've ever been to! I am back at work this weekend was speaking to one of my work colleagues/friends who said that she'd been to a really nice funeral last year and it turned out that you had conducted that one also! I'm so glad Neil suggested having it at Baldarroch as it was such a lovely crematorium and Kathy was so helpful and considerate. You were a pleasure to deal with and made a difficult situation so much easier. You really seem to care and everything was very personal to us. Even the little video you made with Izzy really cheered us up the day before the funeral . Thanks again for everything and hopefully meet again in happier circumstances.

I must thank you for the way you have helped our family remember Dad. It was a wonderful send off to Dad, it’s such a pity the restrictions are in place and more people couldn’t be there to celebrate his life. I have seen photos of the keepsake for Mum, what a wonderfully memento, Mum was so touched with this . I’m going up to Aberdeen soon so will see it properly then . We are all doing ok , trying to keep busy in these strange times. Thanks again for all your help, you’ve been fab.
